'... Joel, I know that this is REALLY late- but...' I started far too many of my conversations with this special person in this manner while either trying to get edit time booked for station promos at 17 or scrambling later on to order client dubs as Sales Manager at Shooters. Usually he would kindly sigh and say something like " OK this time Ed, but please..."
What a lovely man! I last saw him many years ago at Franklin Field and teased him about sitting on the 'wrong' side at the Penn-Cornell game.
Later on we chatted a few times when Chad was drafted by the Raiders and I was working out here in San Francisco. I loved his spirit.
-Sorry I'm late again Joel. Bless you!

In my dealings with Joel he was always professional and a gentleman. He was always pleasant and posessed good energy. He was proud of his company and when he talked about his children his face would light up with pride. Joel was a very good man, we will miss him.

We haven't been clients of Action Duplication for very long, but our limited dealings with the company have been a joy. Joel and his family are in our thoughts.

So sorry to learn of Joel's passing. It has been a few years since I have spoken to him when I was at RPL. We were competitors but always had much respect for him. He was truly a nice guy.

My condolences to his family and his Action duplication family

Dear Patsy, Richard and your Families,

Please excuse my mistake above. I kept thinking about Joel and inadvertently addressed my message incorrectly above. Although maybe, unconsciously I was sending him a message as well. Take care.

I have just returned from several weeks in Europe to this terrible news. I have known Joel since he was a one-man show operating out of a back room in someone else's facility on Germantown Avenue. He was always a class act.

Going to Action Duplication was more than a business transaction. It was a get together with a friend. Joel always had time to talk ... always a story or joke to share. We talked about work, but not too often. We talked mostly about friends & family and that's the way Joel made you feel ... like family.

Although my duplication needs were sporadic and usually small Joel always greeted me with the warmest of smiles and was eager to take me on a tour of the facility to show me the latest that Action Duplication had to offer.

My condolences to the entire Levitt family. The world has lost one of its truly good people.

I am very sorry to hear om Joel's pasing. I did not know Joel very well except for a few brief conversation's by phone, but he was always a friendly competitor in business. We talked occasionally if one of our company's was in need of a spare part for our CD and DVD replication lines to see if we could help each other out even though we often competed for the same jobs.

I will miss our friendly competition.

My condolences to the Levitt Family.

I had known Joel since 1980 when we worked together on the Phillies pre-game shows and have followed his professional life since then. He was at the apex of his business career and as I can see from all of those extending their condolences, he will be sorely missed by many people and I am one of them. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family.
